Chris began his Real Estate career in 2003. He has unsurpassed knowledge of the Hilton Head and Bluffton markets, enabling him to instinctively match clients with their ideal properties. His ten+ years working in the film/television/and advertising industries have afforded him a special knowledge that is extremely beneficial when marketing his listings. Chris excels at the negotiating table, navigating even the most challenging situations with grace and ease.

Central to Chris's success, however, is his dedication to his clients. Chris is his clients' greatest advocate, always keeping their interests as his top priority. While luxury and probate properties are some of his specialties, Chris has always welcomed all types of clients. Chris, is an original native of Freehold, New Jersey and a graduate of Long Island University-C.W. Post and attendee of The University of Tennessee. He has grown to love the low-country and all that it has to offer. Chris enjoys spending most of his free time with his wife and three daughters in addition to traveling, hiking, and coaching high school soccer.
